AIR is partnering with 3S Artspace to present a movie screening and panel for the documentary, It’s Criminal, directed by Signe Taylor.

Synopsis: Poignant and personal, the feature documentary shares the life-changing journeys of incarcerated women and Dartmouth College students working together to write and perform an original play that explores the often painful and troubled paths that landed the women behind bars and also shares some of their fragile visions for the future. (Watch trailer on Vimeo)

Run time is 1 hour and 20 minutes with a  Q&A panel discussion to follow. Panelists include Signe Taylor (It‘s Criminal Director), Rebecca Romanoski (AIR Program Director), Pati Hernandez (Dartmouth Professor), Jeanne Hruska (ACLU Policy Director), and the courageous women who shared their stories to make this powerful documentary.
